Your manifestations are not “blocked.” You are just avoiding the version of you who would have to exist to receive them.
That’s the conversation nobody in the manifestation space wants to have. Because manifestation has become spiritual entertainment for a lot of people.
- Vision boards.
- Affirmations.
- Nervous system regulation
- Watching 47 videos about abundance while ignoring the actual decisions your reality is asking you to make.
And before you get defensive, I say this with love. There is a point in every ambitious entrepreneur’s journey where the vision is clear, the desire is strong, the inner work has been done, and yet the outer reality still does not match. You may have journaled on the goal. Visualised the outcome. Repeated the affirmations. Shifted your beliefs. Held the frequency. Declared the next level. And still, the clients are not arriving consistently. The sales are not increasing. The content is not converting. The business is not moving at the pace you know is possible.
When this happens, it can be tempting to assume the energy work is not working. But often, the missing piece is not more visualisation, more journaling, or more belief work.
The missing piece is aligned action. But… not just any action.
Manifestation is not passive. It is not sitting back, waiting for the universe to deliver the dream while avoiding the physical decisions, conversations, structures and standards that would make that dream real. Manifestation is an active, co-creative process. Energy opens the field. Identity shifts the perception. But action anchors the new reality into form.
This is where many spiritual entrepreneurs, coaches, healers and purpose-led business owners get caught in avoiding what must be done to create results in the 3D. For years, they may have lived in hustle, over-giving, overworking and pushing. They built businesses from effort, urgency and survival. They learned to associate action with burnout. Strategy began to feel heavy. Sales felt draining. Visibility felt exposing. Structure felt restrictive.
Then they discovered manifestation, energetics, feminine flow, intuition and receiving. It felt like relief. Finally, there was another way. Finally, success did not have to come through struggle.
But instead of integrating this new energetic wisdom with grounded leadership, many swing too far in the opposite direction. They reject action altogether. They wait to feel ready, which is very expensive in time and money! They wait for the perfect intuitive hit, wait for planets to be in alignment or outsource their power to spiritual tools like Tarot cards. Don’t get me wrong, I love these tools myself, but I never outsource my power to them. People wait for the client to appear, the sales to flow, the money to arrive, the content to magically land, or the opportunity to drop into their inbox.
This is where manifestation becomes avoidance. Not because the vision is wrong. Not because the desire is too big. Not because the universe is withholding. But because the entrepreneur has not yet repaired her relationship with action.
The false assumption in manifestation
There can be a subtle sense of entitlement that enters the manifestation space. It sounds like this:
“I’ve worked so hard already. I deserve for this to come easily now.”
“I’ve done the inner work. Why is nothing changing?”
“I’m in the frequency, so why should I have to do all this practical stuff?”
“I don’t want to force. I’m just waiting to receive.”
At first glance, these thoughts may sound spiritual. But underneath them, there is often a deeper fear: “I don’t trust myself to take the actions required.”
Action has become associated with pain, rejection, failure, exhaustion or disappointment. So the subconscious mind creates a beautiful spiritual justification for staying passive. This is not true receiving. It is avoidance dressed up as alignment.
True receiving is open, available and responsive. It notices the opportunity and says yes. It hears the intuitive nudge and sends the message. It receives the idea and turns it into a campaign. It allows support in and then follows through.
Passive waiting says, “I’m available,” but does not move when the door opens.
Energy Comes First, But Action Must Follow
Energetic alignment matters. Your beliefs, identity, emotions, focus and expectations shape the opportunities you perceive and the choices you make. When your energy changes, your perspective changes. When your perspective changes, different ideas become available. Then different actions become obvious.
But the process does not stop at energy. The sequence looks like this:
- Energy shifts.
- Perspective changes.
- New ideas and impulses arise.
- Aligned action is taken.
- Reality responds.
If the action is missing, the manifestation remains suspended in the unseen. It exists as potential, but it has not been grounded into the physical world. In business, this matters enormously. You can hold the identity of a highly paid mentor, but if you never make the offer, there is nothing for someone to buy.
You can visualise sold-out programmes, but if you do not create the sales page, send the email, invite people into the conversation and follow up with interested leads, the business has no practical pathway for revenue.
You can feel into the frequency of visibility, but if you do not publish the post, pitch the podcast, record the video or share the story, your audience cannot find you.
Your energy may initiate the shift, but your action completes the circuit.
Where Manifestation Becomes Grounded
Imagine a coach who desires a $100K month. She journals on it every morning. She visualises stripe notifications. She feels the emotions of expansion. She repeats, “It is already done.” But when she looks at her business, there is no clear offer being actively sold. Her email list has not heard from her in weeks. Her Instagram content is inspirational but vague. Her past clients have not been re-engaged. Her sales calls are inconsistent. There is no launch plan, no invitation rhythm and no structured pathway from audience to offer.
In this case, the issue is not that her manifestation “isn’t working”. The issue is that the physical channel for the money has not been built.
Aligned action might look like:
- Creating one clear premium offer with a defined outcome.
- Writing a sales page that speaks directly to the desires and objections of the ideal client.
- Sending three direct invitation emails over the next seven days.
- Posting daily content that leads into the offer.
- Following up with warm leads.
- Booking sales conversations.
- Reviewing the numbers and refining the message.
None of this has to come from hustle. It can come from devotion and delegation. It can come from certainty. It can come from the identity of the woman who has already decided that her work matters, her offer is valuable and her clients are looking for her.
That is aligned action.
From Vision to Visibility
Marketing is one of the clearest places where spiritual bypassing can appear. An entrepreneur may say she wants to be more visible, attract premium clients and become known for her work, but her actions do not reflect that identity. She posts only when she feels inspired. She hides her strongest opinions. She softens her message so no one is triggered. She avoids talking about her results. She creates beautiful content, but never makes a direct invitation. Then she wonders why people are not buying.
In marketing, feminine energy may bring the vision, message, intuition, creativity and emotional resonance. Masculine energy gives that message form through structure, consistency, leadership and delivery. A balanced marketing approach might include:
- A clear weekly content rhythm.
- A repeated core message rather than constantly reinventing the wheel.
- Strong hooks that speak to the inner world of the ideal client.
- Stories that build authority and emotional connection.
- Educational content that shifts belief.
- Sales content that makes the offer visible.
- A simple call to action that tells people what to do next.
For example, instead of posting a vague caption like, “Trust the timing of your dreams,” a business owner could write:
“You are not waiting for the next level. You are avoiding the actions that would require you to become her. If you say you desire premium clients, but you are not speaking to premium clients, inviting premium clients or holding premium standards in your sales process, the gap is not timing. The gap is embodiment.”
That message has energy, but it also has leadership. It does not simply inspire. It directs attention. It creates a shift. It positions the business owner as someone who can lead.
Where Receiving Requires Initiative
Sales is another area where many entrepreneurs confuse surrender with passivity. They want clients to come through divine timing, referrals and magnetic attraction. And yes, those things can happen. But receiving also requires readiness.
If someone enquires about your offer, do you respond with clarity and leadership?
If someone watches all your stories and engages with your content, do you invite them into a conversation?
If someone says, “I’d love to work with you one day,” do you leave it there, or do you ask what support they are looking for?
Sales does not have to be forceful. But it does require initiation. Aligned sales action could look like:
- Personally inviting aligned prospects to a masterclass.
- Following up with people who clicked a sales email.
- Sending a voice note to someone who asked about working together.
- Asking powerful questions on a sales call instead of over-explaining.
- Clearly presenting the investment and next step.
- Holding the standard instead of shrinking when the client hesitates.
A passive entrepreneur waits for the client to lead. An embodied entrepreneur leads the client with clarity. This is not pressure. It is service.
When someone is in the energy of wanting transformation but is caught in fear, confusion or indecision, grounded leadership helps them make a decision. That decision may be yes or no. Either is clean. But avoiding the sales conversation altogether serves no one.
Rebuilding Your Relationship With Action
If you have been avoiding action, the answer is not to shame yourself back into hustle. The answer is to redefine action. Action does not have to mean pushing, forcing, burning out or abandoning your intuition. Action can be clean. Elegant. Precise. Potent. It can be the natural extension of your desire.
Aligned action is not frantic. It is not doing everything. It is not copying someone else’s strategy out of panic. It is choosing the next move that matches the reality you say you are creating.
- Sometimes that action is writing the email.
- Sometimes it is raising the price.
- Sometimes it is setting the boundary.
- Sometimes it is making the call.
- Sometimes it is creating the structure.
- Sometimes it is finally telling the truth in your marketing.
The question is not, “How can I avoid effort and still receive?”
The better question is, “What action would the version of me who already has this result naturally take today?”
That question brings energy and action back into harmony.
The New Paradigm: Energetic, Strategic and Embodied
The most powerful business owners do not choose between manifestation and strategy. They integrate both.
They know their energy, vision and identity matters. They also know that offers need to be made. Content needs to be published. Conversations need to happen. Decisions need to be made. Standards need to be held. Numbers need to be reviewed. Clients need to be led. bThis is not a return to hustle. It is a return to creative responsibility. You are not here to wait for your dream life to arrive while you sit on the sidelines of your own business.
You are here to birth it.
Your vision is the seed. Your energy is the frequency. Your action is the bridge. And when all three are aligned, manifestation stops being a concept and becomes a lived reality.
